Jackie Tarchala, aka Nana (to her 4 grandchildren), moved to Amador County, California in 1992, bringing her love of cooking, baking, and gourmet foods. Friends loved it when she created something for a get together, because it was always tasty and homemade. In 2011, Nana acted on friends' suggestions to start her own business. Now, Nana is baking and sharing her goodies from her retail bakery located in the old Jug & Rose building in Volcano, California. Nana's goal is to thrill your tastebuds and bring back memories with her specialty baked goods, using the best natural and organic ingredients in traditional, dairy-free, egg-free and gluten-free products.
